We take deadlines very seriously. You can take it for granted that your translation will arrive by the agreed deadline.
Types of delivery
There are a number of delivery methods to choose from. Unless requested otherwise in your order, we will send you the translation electronically.
Standard delivery
The fastest way to deliver your translation is, of course, via email or online FTP transfer. It is free and instant, and you can make as many copies of the translations as you wish.
Special delivery
Hard copies of the translated text are also available upon request. In these cases, please remember to let us know in advance that you need your translation on paper. Please also consider the extra time delivery will take.
The following types of delivery are available per your delivery instructions and for an additional charge:
- Messenger (per your preference)
- Priority Mail
- Overnight Priority Mail
Certified translations
If the translation needs to be printed and certified, we will send the translation by registered post (priority mail) to your address. Please consult us about costs prior to placing your order.
Please note that a scanned copy of certified translations in PDF format may also be delivered by email.
File format & Layout
Wherever possible, we will do our best to keep the file format and layout of the original text. If it is for any reason unfeasible (e.g. the source files are non-editable), we will consult you about options before we start working on your translation.
