Once you have sent us your quote request, expect us to get back to you with our quote shortly.
What does a translation quote include?
Our quote includes our rates for various service levels and deadline options. Rates reflect the volume of the source document, the language pairs, urgency and service levels.
How to place an order?
To order the service required, all you need to do is select the translation option that suits you best and confirm your order via email.
In your confirmation please provide your billing address and VAT number. Next, we will send you a pro-forma invoice for the service fee to be paid.
When does translation work start?
Translation work will start as soon as the translation fee is paid. Bank transfers may take quite some time so in order to save time, you are requested to forward your payment certificate. Once we have received proof of payment, we’ll confirm deadlines and commencement of work in writing.
Please note that deadlines may be adjusted.
How to make payments?
Please note that service fee should be paid in advance. Please attach the copy of your bank transfer certificate or other equivalent proof of payment to your order.

- PayPal (either with your debit or credit card or from any existing PayPal balance that you may have)
Once you have paid the translation fee, we will issue an electronic invoice to your billing address. Electronic invoices are in pdf format and you will receive them as email attachments.
